This collaboration unites two powerhouse organizations dedicated to advancing cheerleading education. Spring CDT, known for hosting the world’s largest international coaching conference in Montreal, has been a leader in cheer education for over a decade. After six successful years in Helsinki, they are returning to Europe, this time teaming up with Good to Great, a program founded in 2023 that focuses on sustainable coaching, leadership, and athlete wellbeing.
